DISNEYLAND BOOT CAMP

If I could have a do-over I would work at Disneyland. But unless heaven looks something like the Magic Kingdom and old Walt himself is in charge of my eternal mansion, it looks like that dream's a goner. The good news is, now that I live in Arizona I'm only 6 hours away from my little piece of heaven in the real world. So the word for the weekend is ROADTRIP! I'm headed to Cali with my two besties (who also happen to be my daughters) for a 2-day Park Hopper Disneyland and California Adventure Boot Camp. (When we do Disney, WE. DO. DISNEY!)

There'll be no room for whining, butt dragging or being too cool to have fun. We will make no apologies for fast passing, chasing character photo ops, or holding the hill for the best spot to watch the fireworks. We don't care if you're short and happen to be 4 years old. We're not impressed by strollers and napping babies. If you're not at least 5 feet tall, you're probably too young for Disneyland Boot Camp . On the other hand, if you immediately morph into character and start singing movie soundtracks whenever you see a princess or a pirate, you're in. If you can be the first to arrive and the last to leave, you're our hero. If you consider "taking a break" to mean the time you're seated in the traveling pod thingys in the Haunted Mansion, you're thinking in the right direction. Because that's the way WE. DO. DISNEY!
