HENNY PENNY

HENNY PENNY
Chickens like to mind everyone's business. They are inherently curious and natural-born thieves. I once had a chicken steal a marshmallow from me beside our campfire and run like the dickens with 5 of her girlfriends in hot pursuit. As she ran, she tried to ingest the spongy confection before getting caught in the inevitable maelstrom of frenzied pecking and frantic squawking. The comical result was 6 hens trying to maintain their chicken dignity as they strutted around the yard with globs of marshmallow stuck to their faces.
