| SUNSET ON THE PALISADES |
In the past I have declared myself to be NOT a landscape painter. But this painting was a labor of love for my daughter and son-in-law (emphasis on the word "LABOR"). They requested something "over the fireplace to match their living room," which every artist just loves to hear. With that broad objective in mind, I decided to try my hand once again at painting the Grand Canyon. It took me way too long and cost me far too many grey hairs, but I am happy with the result. What matters more is, they are too.
And now they owe me big.
